Learn to Sail Holiday Camp Features
The Narrabeen Lakes Sailing Club accredited sailing instructors deliver a School Holiday Program for kids aged 9yo to 14yo, structured around learning the basics of sailing and discovering the Narrabeen Lakes featuring:
- Discovering boat safety
- Technical development for beginner / Participants will be taught to sail independently including upwind, downwind, tacking and gybing
- Free use of club boats adapted for beginner
- On and off the water activities
- One year of club membership included
- Life jackets and sunscreen provided
- BYO lunch, snacks, water gear and water shoes
- Wet weather program – On rain, hail or shine!
Our next program will take place from 30 September til 4 October 2024, from 9am til 3pm every day.
Minimum requirements: participant must be at least 9 yo and be a confident swimmer.
